I have over 30 years of experience as a healthcare lawyer, including serving as staff attorney with the State Department of Health Care Services and as partner in charge of the Sacramento offices of Weissburg & Aronson (now part of Foley, Lardner) and Hooper, Lundy & Bookman. I assist healthcare clients in a variety of matters with a particular emphasis on Medi-Cal reimbursement issues as well as all other aspects of the Medi-Cal program. In recent years, I have increasingly focused on representation of federally qualified health centers and rural health clinics. My location twenty minutes from downtown Sacramento is convenient for my many dealings with the State. My status as a sole practitioner enables me to charge considerably less for my services than is generally the case with lawyers in the larger firms. I also have a high degree of flexibility in terms of offering alternative fee structures.
